Der Mensch als Ware.

In der Zeit von 1685 bis ca. 1715 hat das Großfürstentum Brandenburg am internationalen Sklavenhandel teilgenommen.

Mit diesen 82 lebensgroßen Skulpturen erinnert das Deutsche Technikmuseum, Berlin an die inhumane Zeit des Sklavenhandels.

Slave project

The human being as object of trading.

From 1685 - 1715 the principality of Brandenburg (the area around Berlin) took part in the international slave trade.

With theese 82 live-size sculptures the 'german museum of technologie' - Berlin - remembers the inhuman era of slave trade.
